Susanne Houstle is a set & costume designer from Cleveland, OH, now living in Brooklyn, NY. She  specializes in design for theater, dance & film. Susanne has been working on the East Coast for over 8 years. Collaborators include: Kareem Fahmy, Ashley Teague, James Palmer, Alex Koch & Kevin Townley, Laura Braza, Sonya Tayeh, Richard Aven, Scott Illingworth, and Allison Choat. Susanne recently earned her MFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she was awarded a TSOA full-tuition fellowship.  She particularly enjoys devised work, new plays and musicals.
